There are no checks outstanding.
Don Steinbach will bring a check in the amount of $32.46 from the return of a SlimLine KeySafe purchased for the EOC equipment cabinets. The Fire Department provided a similar unit for our use free of charge. The money was from the Rotary Grant fund.
We have three new members: Mark Bohrer (KI6KQD), Tony Loeb (AB6Q) and Jaime Sedano (KG6HOB). Our total membership is now 21.
An endorsed-filed copy of the SI-100 Statement of Information (Domestic Nonprofit Corporation) form from the State of California was received in the mail and passed on to the Secretary for filing.

The June minutes are posted on the web site. A hard copy was passed around for review and the minutes were approved.
SARA has received four QSL cards from Field Day contacts. Since the club has no QSL cards, and nobody seemed to know what to do, Don Steinbach volunteered to make a sample QSL card for K6SA and bring it to the next meeting.

SARA needs photos from Field Day 2007 for the website.
We still have some equipment stored at the Saratoga City offices. Don Steinbach will remove and disposition same.
It was agreed that we should keep the boxes from the EOC equipment that we purchased, at least until the warranties expire. Fabrizio Corno volunteered to store the empty boxes for us.
Don Steinbach reported on the CERT Communications Committee status.

Don Steinbach performed the EOC-to-EOC radio check this morning. The test was successful. The next test will be October 3.

The Golden Guardian exercise is scheduled for November 14. The City of Saratoga intends to participate. Rob Vance (EC) wants to initiate a series of drills to practice (volunteers are welcome to help).
An emergency coordination effort is going on among the school districts. SARA needs to get involved. This needs to be made an adgenda item.
Rob Vance is EC. Dick Crouch, Greg Reynolds and Don Steinbach are AECs.
Antonella Corno (not present) is our choice for school liaison.
