S.A.R.A. Minutes of Meeting of
October 12, 2005

The meeting having been duly noticed, it began at approximately 7:30 pm and was called to order by John Glass. There were introductions around the table, those present introduced themselves.

OLD Business:

None.
   

New Business:

 Treasurer's Report. Christina reported the current bank account balance.
  Minutes. Minutes from April, May, June and September were approved.
  Sheriffs Office. The local office moved to Cupertino several months ago.
  Announcement. JOTA and Pacificon events are this weekend.
  Halloween Caper/Presentation. There was no presentation tonight. Rob gave a history of the club's participation in the Halloween Caper. This is a community service event. There was discussion on which schools are covered, and a shift schedule was organized and partially filled. There is an information sheet on the website describing what to bring and how to behave when participating in this event. The Sheriff's Department is expected to be notified that the club is participating.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:10 pm.
