S.A.R.A. Minutes of Meeting of
June 8, 2005
Location: Saratoga City Hall

The meeting having been duly noticed, it began at approximately 7:35 pm and was called to order by John Glass. There were introductions around the table, those present introduced themselves.

OLD Business:

None.
   

New Business:

 Field Day 2005.
  • Yin gave a summary of the activities and event planned for Field Day, June 25th and 26th 2005. A three page handout was passed out which decsribed how we can obtain points by performing various tasks during the event on page 1. On page 2 the basic stations and logistics were described. Finally on page 3 a rough schedule was suggested.
  • Next Dave asked people not to part inside the gate and to park below the chainlink fence. He suggested that people put their call sign on the dash or in some visible place in your car, in case the car needs to be moved.
  • Finally Dave distributed a handout titled "SARA FD2005 PLAN" which covered information on Station I, Station II, Station III, the Command Building, Rental Equipment, Computer Logging System, the GOTA Station and Special Rules.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:57 pm.
