• The status of the federal tax exempt application.
• The club's sense on adopting a conflict of interest policy, which is strongly suggested although not required in the application paperwork for federal tax exempt status
• Deciding on a slate of events for club participation in addition to Field Day and the Halloween Caper for 2005.
• The club's participation in the SVECS net control activity once every 10 weeks as a required activity of the club.
• Decide who is authorized to buy with the HRO account.
• Decide who is authorized to sign the checkbook for 2005.
