The
meeting was called to order by President Rob Vance, N6ROB at 7:30 PM
with
10 people present. The minutes of our
June meeting were read and approved.
Rob
gave us his President's report.
Our
October meeting will probably be a tour of County Communications.
Stay
tuned to the nets and e mail reflector for details.
We
talked about the Halloween activity.
John
will call Don Anastasia to see if he is interested in coordinating it this
year.
Next,
Rob brought up the club web page on his computer and showed it off to the
group.
Field
Day photos were recently added, along with other good stuff, so if you
haven't
visited it recently, please check it out.

will be setting up a board meeting this fall.
We will discuss a number of topics, including the EOC club station,
projects
for
next year, and our updated emergency procedures document.
Our
speaker for the evening was Dean Wood, N6DE.
He
talked to us about antenna analyses experiments over real terrain, and
demonstrated
several modeling programs. This was a
very informative presentation, and people asked many good questions.
There
being no further business before the Association, the meeting was
adjourned
at approximately 9:00 PM.
